Students can download these forms, fill and send to College address mentioning Alumni Association on the envelope along-with scanned copy can be mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for quick delivery.
Registration Form: Students can use this form to register and update their profile with copy of their employment letter/id, PG mark sheets, GATE/GRE or any other exam scorecards etc. so that they can get updates about college events regularly.
Alumni Feedback Form: Alumni’s can use this form to provide information about his/her achievements after graduation, current position held and update contact details.
Parent Feedback Form: Parents enroll their ward into college to get good quality education and improve their living. To check whether college has provided students all the facilities and education they need to fulfil their parent’s dreams, college needs to get feedback from parents of students studied in college.
Industry Feedback Form: College needs to track and get feedback about the performance of its Alumnus working in various industries time to time for improvements in the development of its students to perform better. For this alumnus can forward this form to industries for providing feedback about their performance and industry personnel are requested to send it confidentially at college address.
